It does feel amazing, and I cannot overstate how good it feels, but I did initially find it weirdly difficult to get me over the edge. The one thing I would say is don't give up on it, my first time using it took me absolutely ages to get there, and I think I only made it out of sheer stubbornness. But having a better idea of where/how tight to hold it on subsequent uses was much more satisfying, and I would definitely now recommend, either as a toy on its own or as a warm up/closing act.
Also, it is not too loud, maybe about the same volume as an electric toothbrush, so is discrete if that's a factor.
