Ok. So get ready for this. My husband has a couple of these. I bought this awesome fancy futuristic one to surprise him. So I get home from work and he tells me he used it... with a funny look on his face. He starts and says “eh. This isn’t very strong. It tends to suck up lower parts of your shaft or some times part of your scrotum . it takes about 20 -30 seconds to acclimate to the feeling. Helps if you have a hard on first. will increase girth and perhaps length for a short time.I love this feeling!

I have ED following prostate removal years ago. I had a pump but didn’t like using it because it was all or nothing. The automatic setting on this pump does the trick, the pulsing function is more comfortable as it backs off and pumps up again. I have not tried using rings to maintain the erection. I also have not been able to use the sleeve but after using this pump things are looking happier and I think eventually I will be able to use the full features.

My roommate has one of these and he always told me how much fun it was to use, so of course I had to try it out for myself. Not only is this a great toy to use just for the special insert (heck you could use it just for that and a quick rinse and it’s good to go) but the actual pump part feels amazing and leaves it all looking plumper and bigger.
